Thames Path Ultra Challenge 2025


With a flat course and great scenery, take on the Thames Path Challenge, following England's greatest river.

A challenge event you can take on at your pace. The Thames Path Challenge invites you to walk, jog or run a distance of your choice ranging from 10km to 100km, along a signed route, with free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage

The full 100km route heads from Putney Bridge past Hampton Court to Runnymede of Magna Carta at 50km, then on past wonderful historic scenery all the way to Henley. With 75km three-quarter, 50km half challenge, or 25km challenge options - there's a challenge for everyone.

Challenge Highlights:

  • Pretty setting taking in many famous sites along the river.

  • Full support including food, drink and medics.

  • Glass of fizz, t-shirt, and a medal for all finishers.

  • Challenge Duration - 1-2 days, depending on distance selected

  • Challenge Distance - 25km - 100km, depending on distance selected

  • Elevation - Flat! 10m - 350m, depending on distance selected

  • Accommodation Type - Camping at Runnymede available as an add-on

  • Transfers - Pre- and Post-Race transfers available as an add-on

  • Walk, jog or run - it’s up to you!

Fundraising Targets:

£20-£110 booking fee + £70-£575 minimum sponsorship
